Terms & Conditions
1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of www.naveeko.com (the "Website"), which is operated by Naveeko Inc. ("Naveeko", "we", "us"), an Alberta corporation. By using the Website you agree to these terms and to our Website Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.
These terms do not cover the Naveeko Advisor Portal or the Traveller App. Those are covered by the Naveeko Advisor Terms and Client Terms. If anything in those documents conflicts with these terms, they win for the Portal and the App.
2. Using the Website
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Website. You agree not to:
-
Use the Website for anything unlawful, misleading or harmful.
-
Try to break, overload, scrape, reverse engineer or gain unauthorized access to the Website or our systems.
-
Copy, resell or republish Website content except as these terms allow.
-
Submit information that is false, that belongs to someone else without permission, or that you do not have the right to share.
We may restrict or block access to the Website at any time if we think these terms are being broken.
3. Information on the Website
The Website describes Naveeko's features, plans and pricing. This is general information only. Features, prices and availability may change, and anything described as "coming soon" or "coming next", including AI features and the Premium plan, may change, be delayed or not be released.
Naveeko is a software tool for travel advisors. We are not a travel agency or tour operator, we do not book or sell travel, and we are not responsible for the services advisors provide. Nothing on the Website is legal, regulatory, financial or travel advice.
References to checklists, compliance tools or requirements such as TICO are about helping advisors organize their own paperwork. Naveeko does not check, certify or guarantee that any advisor or trip complies with TICO or any other law. Advisors remain responsible for their own legal and regulatory obligations.
4. Early-access list and launch offer
Joining the early-access list means we may email you about the Naveeko launch. It does not create an account, a subscription or a promise that Naveeko will launch by any date.
The early-access offer of 25% off your first year is subject to these conditions:
-
It applies to the Core plan, monthly or annual, for your first 12 months of paid subscription.
-
You must join the early-access list using the email address you will use to sign up, and sign up for Naveeko after launch.
-
It is limited to one per person or business, cannot be transferred, and cannot be combined with other offers unless we say so.
-
It has no cash value and does not apply to taxes.
-
We may change, extend or withdraw the offer, or change the launch plans, at any time before you subscribe. Anyone who has already subscribed with the discount applied will keep it for their first 12 months.
The offer is a promotion, not a guarantee of a particular price. Our Advisor Terms govern any subscription.
5. Free trial and plans
New advisors get a 14-day free trial of the Core plan. No payment card is needed to start. The Core plan is $49.99 CAD per month, plus any applicable taxes, with annual billing available at a $499per year subscription. Full subscription, cancellation, refund and price-change terms are in the Naveeko Advisor Terms. Prices shown on the Website may change before launch, and any change to the price of a paid plan is subject to the notice described in the Advisor Terms.
6. What you send us
When you fill in a form or send us a message, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you have the right to share it. If you send us feedback or ideas about Naveeko, we may use them without owing you payment or credit.
7. Our content and intellectual property
The Website and everything on it, including the Naveeko name, logo, text, graphics, screenshots and design, belongs to Naveeko or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. We give you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable permission to view the Website for your own personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify, distribute or use our content or branding for any other purpose without our written permission.
8. Links and third-party services
The Website is built on Wix and may link to or embed other websites and services, such as the Government of Canada's travel advisory pages, the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. Using them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
9. Disclaimers
The Website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we do not promise that the Website will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure or free of errors or harmful code, and we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. You are responsible for deciding whether Naveeko suits your business.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Naveeko and its directors, officers, employees and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Website or inability to use it, even if we were told they were possible. Our total liability to you for any claim related to the Website is limited to C$100, since the Website is free to use.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law. If you are a consumer, these terms do not take away rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection laws where you live.
11. Indemnity
You agree to cover Naveeko for losses, claims and reasonable legal costs that come from your misuse of the Website, your breach of these terms, or information you submit that you had no right to share.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. If we have a disagreement, please contact us first at support@naveeko.com so we can try to resolve it informally. If it is not resolved, it will be decided by the courts of Alberta, and you and Naveeko agree to those courts.
13. Changes to the Website and these terms
We may change, suspend or stop any part of the Website at any time. We may update these terms from time to time by posting the updated version on the Website with a new date. Continuing to use the Website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
