1. About this policy
This policy explains how Naveeko Inc. ("Naveeko", "we", "us"), an Alberta corporation, handles personal information collected through www.naveeko.com (the "Website"). It applies to people who visit the Website, join our early-access list, or contact us through it.
It does not cover the Naveeko Advisor Portal or the Naveeko Traveller App. Those are covered by the Naveeko Privacy Policy that applies inside the app.
By using the Website or submitting a form on it, you agree to this policy.

Cookies and similar technologies (see section 5).
We do not take payments through the Website and we do not ask for payment card details here. Please do not send passport numbers, health information or payment card numbers through the Website forms or by email.
3. How we use your information

-
To run, secure and improve the Website and understand how visitors use it.
-
To follow the law, protect our rights and prevent misuse of the Website.
We do not sell your personal information.
4. Email and marketing consent
When you submit the early-access or contact form, you agree to receive emails from us about the Naveeko launch, your launch offer and related product updates. Every marketing email identifies us and includes an unsubscribe link and our contact details.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing support@naveeko.com. We will act on your request promptly and within 10 business days. Replies to your questions and other service messages are not marketing emails and may still be sent.
5. Cookies and analytics
The Website is built and hosted on Wix. It uses cookies and similar technologies to make the Website work, remember your settings, keep it secure and measure traffic. Wix and its partners may set these cookies.
You can control cookies through your browser settings or any cookie banner shown on the Website. Blocking some cookies may stop parts of the Website from working properly. We do not use the Website for third-party advertising. If we add advertising or additional analytics tools, we will update this policy.
6. Who we share it with
We share personal information only as needed, with:
-
Wix.com, which hosts and runs the Website and stores form submissions.
-
Email, spreadsheet and similar tools we use to run Naveeko and manage the early-access list.
-
Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, who are bound to keep it confidential.
-
Authorities, where the law requires it.
-
A buyer or successor, if Naveeko is sold, merged or restructured. They would be bound by this policy.
Our service providers may use your information only to provide services to us.
7. Where your information is stored
Wix and our other service providers may store and process information in Canada, the United States, the European Union and other countries where they operate. Laws in those places may differ from Canadian law, and courts or authorities there may be able to access the information. We choose reputable providers and expect them to protect it.
8. How long we keep it
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy:
-
Early-access sign-ups are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until a reasonable time after launch.
-
Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to deal with them and for a reasonable time afterwards.
-
Records we must keep for legal or accounting reasons are kept as required.
After that we delete or anonymize the information.
9. Your rights and choices
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent (including to emails), or ask how we handle your information. Contact us using the details in section 14. We aim to respond within 30 days. We may need to confirm who you are first, and the law may limit what we can share or delete.
If you are not happy with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the Office of the Information and Privacy Commissioner of Alberta.
If you live in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or a US state with privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as to object to or restrict our use of your information, to receive a copy of it, or to complain to your local authority. We do not sell or share personal information for advertising. Use the details in section 14 to make a request.
10. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect personal information, including relying on Wix's security for the Website and limiting access to those who need it. No method of sending information over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
11. Children
The Website is for adults and for travel advisors running a business. It is not directed at anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Links to other websites
The Website may link to other websites, such as the Government of Canada, the Apple App Store and Google Play. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, so please read their policies.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new date. If we make a major change, we will also tell people on our early-access list by email or by a notice on the Website. Using the Website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
